These shows basically show that in the fight against evil we have some unlikely heroes (and heroines) who have crossed over from the dark and are fighting the demon inside them and out there.
Point Pleasant - This daughter of Lucifer has rebelled and is not only trying to keep evil from gaining a foothold, she has to fight the dark part of herself from coming out and destroying this small village.
Charmed - Three witches continue their family's tradition of fighting demons and warlocks (and other nasties) while minding their regular lives, loves and personal happiness.
Angel - A vampire with a soul. A spin-off from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, this show has some dark moments, but the fight to prevent or slow the Apocolypse has hope.
The Collector - On a mission to foil the devil, the collector attempts to save those who have sold thei souls to him and are now in 'recievership'.
There may be a few more, but these are just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are a few more to add. ;)

I like Charmed, one of my favourite series to watch when I get a chance. Don't watch the others you mentioned.

I like Charmed, one of my favourite series to watch when I get a chance. Don't watch the others you mentioned. You can see Angel and Charmed most mornings on TNT starting at 8am EST. The Collector is on CityTV (Toronto, CA.) on Sunday evening. Point Pleasant is on Fox Thursdays at 9pm EST.

I have watched all charmed episodes so far, but why aren't there any shows that evil wins?

low ratings
it won't sell
it will leave a bad taste in the mouth of people and whatever commercials are displayed during the airing of that show will be seen in a bad light... that product may take a serious slump on the market.
ever watch the night of the living dead series or other zombie shows... like the one ving rhames.... EVIL DEAD ?
it leaves a very bad taste in the mind when the show is over

Part of the big fantasy behind these shows is that ... evil will become good and weaken the evil collective.
we fantasize about it ... it feeds that part of the mind.... like the movies where the mobster/hitman/mass murdered/ suddenly turns good.

It seems Point Pleasant was taken off after a month or two on air. It was replaced by a show named Tru Calling, which was about a young woman who heard voices from dead people (and for some reason would go back in time 24 or 48 hours to prevent them from dying) which also got cancelled.
I'm not sure if The Collector is still on as I keep missing it.
The Collector may be the closest to your vision of a show where evil wins. Of the few episodes I've seen, the Devil always got the person's Soul

Yeah, Angel (the vampire with a soul) is over. David Boreanaz is now doing more movies these days although I think I saw him on a Fox series last week.
I'm watching the Invasion pilot right now. Apparently the aliens used a powerful Hurricane as a screen to hide their foothold in Miami. They are now starting to replace family members.
Another weird show going on is Lost, now in second or third season. I missed most of it, so am not bothered watching it unless they restart it from the beginning.

Another new show began today on CBS called "The Ghost Whisperer". Starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Daviid Conrad and Aisha Tyler. This show seems to be a ripoff of Medium and Joan of Arcadia. I'm watching the pilot right now
A newlywed is able to speak to the dead and pass on messages to the living, enabling them to move on. She tells her best friend (Aisha Tyler), but is hesitant to let her husband know about her ability. I supect he knows more about her gift than he lets on.
Coming up after this is another drama called "Threshold":
In the middle of the ocean, a naval cargo freighter makes a chilling discovery: an extraterrestrial craft has landed on earth. Enter Molly Anne Caffrey (Carla Gugino), recruited to await the planet's first contact, along with a carefully assembled team made up of a brilliant aeronautical engineer with strong religious beliefs, a language and communications expert and a highly trained covert operative. Together they implement the long-gestating Operation: Threshold, charged with finding out the purpose of the landing and the fate of the ship's crew, and preparing for the worst-case scenario of an alien invasion.

The pilot for Chuck is somewhat interesting and boring at the same time. They've borrowed most of the elements from Jake 2.0 and added some comedy. Let's see how far it goes. Heroes new season begins in a few minutes, and Journeyman after that. Let's see if my Monday is going to get transformed. :)

Reaper is a good comedy with a taste for the wicked. Sam, a worker at a home goods store (reminiscent of Home Depot), finds out on his 21st birthday that his parents sold his soul to the Devil before he was born (now that really sucks!).
The Devil recruits Sam as a bounty hunter (the alternative was not really discussed) to drag back escaped souls kicking and screaming back to Hell via the local DMV (hell on Earth of course).
Pushing Daisies on ABC is somewhat different. A young man (Ned) finds out that he can bring people back to life - with one big caveat. If he touches them again they become dead - for good. If he doesn't return them to their dead state in one minute, someone else will also die. Most of the show is done in narration by Jim Dale, best known for the Listening Library series audiobooks.
