I ate lots of bun and cheese and just finished eating one before typing this. Bun and cheese taste sooooo good. :eusa_droo

In France it's the tradition but I don't even know why.
Anyway in Gwadloup,the traditional meal on Easter day is sth called :p matété or matoutou in Martinique; It is a sort of paella but with crabs and more pepper. There is also sth called :p kalalou that is crabs cooked with some sort of local spinaches and with rice. Or for those who don't like rice there is sth called :p dombré et crab that is crabs once agagin cooked with small balls made of flour and water with a delicious gravy of tomatoes, pepper and it is damn good!!!!
And it is traditionally eaten on the beach where every family flock or camp during all the week.
So guys, I guess u understood that Easter is like a crab affair in Gwadloup, :( and that this yr I won't have any of this cuz I'm not home. Enjoy yrs everybody
