Hello all

I am the Chairperson of the University of Guyana African Cultural & Development Association UGACDA (Guyana, South America). We are currently embarking on a project recognizing May 18th as International Day of Solidarity with Haiti. This day choosen is the official Haitian Flag day.

Currently many women and girls are being raped and victimized otherwise, men are being brutally murdered, the UN and other forces need to act now and help these "crying voices".

In many developing countries there are Massacres that are occurring and the World is ‘NOT PAYING ATTENTION’. We need to act now to start the curbing process, not when it is too late. It is just in our backyard 'caribbbean pps'.

We are soliciting individuals, Universities and other groups in different countries around the world to organize this noble project in their respective Nation. We can do it if we work together.

Please let us take a stand. If you are interested in organizing in your community please email me at safiya_blacksister@yahoo.com . We have already solicited groups in some states in the USA, UK, Africa and Caribbean region. we need more to make this noble project a reality.

This move will build the resolve of Haitians by letting them know they are not alone.

Please, lets make a difference today!
