..........should be excluded as the case involved drug trafficking and Jamaica "is known to be a high area for narcotics to be transported in from Jamaica to the United States.'' What does one have to do with the other?

That is a wrong prejudice right there. There are laws protecting him. I hope he will file a report adn persue it.

Doesn't drug trafficking - import and export, as well as arms trafficking - import and export, take place within the US? So by that logic, ALL US citizens should be disqualified from such cases too!

Far more than that, there are amendments governing the juries (courthouse) behavior concerning dismissing people of any race or nationality from it.

thats wrong!!!!!! seems as if they dont know that being 'black' means we are blessed. thats utter slackness! look at all the things that 'white' people has done to us 'blacks' and i have never acted prejudice against any of them. such is life!
