Probably like pumpkin. Boil it, blend it and add milk :confused:

I had yam punch once...and it did wicked...and potato is like yam...so..I nuh know....I prefer it as fries or in curry...or mashed with gravy....yum!!!

Oh yeah...how could i forget in a salad with sour cream?
