In a bid to rid the country of dangerous and speeding drivers, the Ministry of Finance has increased the budgetary allocation of the local Police force allowing them to purchase much needed crime-fighting equipment.

Yeah, that'll be an additional ticket for the man on the speeding donkey. Add that to the careless and reckless driving ticket :icon_lol:
