they surrounded the vehicle and shot at the guy even thou he didnt engage them ........
doesnt that count as wounding with intent?

This story sounds really mix up. Sheriff's open fire at a vehicle, some bullets miss the vehicle hitting nearby houses and windows, and hitting other sheriff's? Sound like carelessness.
I thought you guys were talking about Jamaican police, not overseas. Shock me when I started to read about sheriff's.

LOL....so i guess we're not that bad...atleast we have the common sense to kill him, plant a gun on him, fire two shots in the air and then say "shots were fired...gunfire was returned and during the ensuing gun battle so-and-so was found suffering from gun shot wounds." We all know where he was taken to after that....lol
In no way do i endorse police brutality and the slaying of innocent men but sometimes...thats the only the police can get the killers
