Annoying caller keeps hanging up

I got this one today from a friend. It really happened right here in Jamaica!

A woman called Customer Care stating she keeps getting a call from this person every morning and when she answers the phone they hang up. She says she doesn’t see a number but the name that comes up is Daily Alarm. How can we assist this lady to solve her problem and stop Daily Alarm from calling her?
