ok peeps post the recipes of your favourite meal here. As a matter of fact any recipe. ;)

This is my favourite recipe;

Banana Cake

I/2 cup Butter (1/4 lb)
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
3 large Ripe Banana
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsps Baking Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup raisins (Optional)


Preheat oven 350 degrees
1. Cream Butter & Sugar
2. add beaten egg
3. add crushed banana and beat all together well
4. Combined and sift flour, baking soda & powder, salt and spices then fold into the banana mixer
5. add milk and vanilla, then raisins
6. pour into greased and lined 9" tin and bake for 1 hr or until cake is done when tested.

Oh yum, I LOVE banana cake. Just that, I never made it before. :( But loved it the few times when my mom cooked it. I think I'm gonna try it.
