for me at Calabar i used to eat for lunch everyday, Bun and Corn Beef.

Bammy with Pancake syrup is not bad. I actually have some Cassava pancake mix in my cupboard. Got it from UWI and it tasted damn good. Peanut butter and bread with Banana rocks!!!

no yute trust me it bad, the egg hide the sardine scent...scramble the egg and sardine together add black pepper and salt with some onion and Skellion and pepper yea to make it HOT then mix that up, heat the frying pat with a little oil and pour it in when the oil hot and stir like when u scrambling egg and a you dat....:D

On the way up the peak, we made the mistake and left a yound lady in charge of the food and walk leave her, and when we reach and waiting for her she finally turn up empty handed saying that the bag got heavy so she put it down. however when we went back to get the bag of food it was gone. All we had was 5 tin of sadine and 1 tin of mackrel. my cousin made a wise idia and turn it into soup. I myself never wanted any, nobody wanted any untill the smell hit us. It was one of the best tasting Fish tea i have ever taste.
