I love coffee but I also don't mind tea. Unfortunately for me I can only drink decaf but it's better than not drinking coffee at all.

In terms of recommending one of the 2, I would say go for tea since it is healthier and you can become addicted to coffee. Believe I know, at 1 point I was doing 6 - 8 cups of coffee per day. The withdrawal syntoms are not nice either.

I only drink coffee when I am at work (Catering joint), other than that I am a tea kinda of gal. Coffee stains your teeth and gives you some bad breath out of this world (particularly if you smoke).

I voted for coffee as I had a cup this morning.. but then again. I went to bed after 4am

Ramesh you don't know how happy I am to see a typically French expression here. So just for that thanks a lot. :D

Anyway I prefer tea but I love the scent of coffee in the morning. The only time I had coffee, I was kind of superexcited :hyper: just like sb who's had amphetamines. So I'd rather avoid this, I'm crazy enough without it. ;)

when my grand mother was alive she used to amke it every morning ....i woke up to that smell knowing breakfast was ready......... :)
