Longest Work Shift

Well I started work at 2:00 p.m. today July 15 and I won't be leaving till 7 am tomorrow. Wish me luck .

Hmm...had a similiar experience like that. I went to work at 3pm and left 5am the next day. I only got three hours sleep when I went home :snoring:

The longest I have worked is from about 5:30am - 8pm.

Longest I've ever worked (and it was a freaking summer job) was from 8am to 9pm. Got mad overtime for it though :eusa_danc

Longest I"ve had to work was from 3am until 10pm at night...only to go to sleep at 12am and get up back at 4:30am to do the same thing.

I once spent 22hours at work, from 9am till 7am. Man, was I tired when I came back to work two and a half hours later!

I did the 24 workshift more than once, but that was in my old IT days.

In any event at one time it was standard for us to do anywhere from 15 - 20 hours. We even had a team that did a straight 48 hours which I missed only because I was studying. This was during the implementation phase.

The funny thing is when we worked those long hours we would go home catch a 2-3 hour sleep and was back at work.
