What is the best home remedy for Flu?

Home remedy? I've heard of some strange concoctions but I just drink lots of fluids and get some bed rest.

Drink some OJ
Nuff liquids
Soup

I have to update my remedy now to include Vicks NyQuil. I was recently coming down with what could be the flu. One dose of NyQuil gave me a good night's rest and feeling better the next day.

I usually do the OJ and soup ting. And then lots of rest. And then lots of water.
