Salt and Eggs are a no no. It hardens the cholesterol in the yolk. I prefer to beat it like an omlet. As long as the white has been beated out, i'm good. Not much of fan for scrambled.

If I remember correctly...people drank raw egg to put on weight. Thats what body builders do..then they workout to convert the weight to muscle.....

Ok here's goes.. I was informed that since i was a VERY sickly child when i was younger I was given that concoction to 'strengthen' me up.
Not saying it was THAT or maybe i just grew out of the sickness phase BUT i'm not 3/4 as sickly as i used to be.

Scrambled, with bacon, or polish kielbasa, and lots of black pepper and cheese. As fluffy and greaseless as possible.
Boiled, and sprinkled with salt and pepper, and eaten whole.
Deviled, or in Salad.
The Incredible Edible Egg!!
