Nope, there's nothing out there. But we're humans. Until the entire universe has been searched at least twice, we're going to think there is still a chance of some alien race out there.
We love to explore. We are just a small dot in the vast universe and we want to know what's out there. What's it like on those other planets? What's it like outside of our universe? This is what is going to keep scientists sending more and more space shuttles out into space.

While goverments and organizations keep people wondering if aliens really exists.
Tell me now, if Russia really found a real, genuine alien space craft, you think that the world would know about it?
