What's it gonna take to put W.I. Cricket on top?

What needs to be done to make the W.I. a consistent cricket powerhouse?

hmmm the same thing every other team is doing... Develop a strong youth programme. That's where everything needs to start... The academy is a good step but what about regional youth tournaments?

Well as for the current team it cannot be changed much because well the tree already strong.. can't really bend a tree just have to chop it down..

I don't really follow cricket but if I'm to believe others then discipline is what is sorely lacking in the WI team. Is this true?

Eventually WI cricket will emerge as champions once more. Remember we are all humans, we won't rein on top forever.

WI had its time when it was unbeatable. Now it's the Aussies turn. ;)

I admit every time I look at the WI team, I always have to adjust to the new faces seen often. WI is a young, maturing team with some potential strong players comming up. Omari Banks seems promising as an all rounder and Tino Best, Fidel Edwards and Jermaine Lawson geared up to become fantastic bowlers like Walsh and Ambrose.

Another thing..have you noticed that when players are first introduced, they start of well then they fall in performace and eventually end up getting dropped. Look at Wavell Hinds and Darell Ganga for example.
