Ive had a bag wid bammies..(suh it spell?) in ma freezer for the longest while... and the other day we had it for dinner... didnt taste too bad... but... i have my suspicions. :eusa_thin

If it was frozen...the I doubt it would be spoiled...but it may lose flavour.

Yeah man....I figured as much. It's just DRIED cassava....

Food only spoils when bacteria gets into it...and if bacteria or fungi was in there, you wouldn't have to ask me if it's spoil....

It should be ok man....

Yow this is a valid question because I had bought some bammie in Ft. Laud. in december and have been having it since. It was not frozen though Manu, you think it still good?

It should be.... As I said.....only bacteria or fungi supposed to can cause it to spoil....and if that were the case....you wouln't have to ask. If you've been eating it for so long and you're ok...on't sweat it. I'm no expert you know. Moisture attracts fungi and bacteria as far as I know...Bammy is really really dry...hence why you soak it before consumption.

No sah, mi naw go eat de bammy again cause it wasn't frozen. It's okay to spend another $2 to get some more.
