OK, went to barber yesterday, and after trim was told to go behind this door.
This HOT mamacita, put me in a chair and gave me a facial ( I think?, hot towel, massage, rubbing on of misc creams, tweezer etc), all as part of haircut/shave. I tipped though.

I described it to wifey, who told me that is pretty much what a facial is.

Wear moisture trap socks when u sleeping.. they help to prevent ur feet from drying out while u sleep. Do u wear slippers a lot ? if not u might have a fungus. See a dermatologist or a MD.


Ppl who normaly wear slippers a lot tend to have dry feet as opposed to ppl who wear enclosed shoes.

Buy one! Use it each time you bathe then use cocoa butter cream, not as slippery as lotion.

Buy at Foot Scrub. It's like that one for your face...with the grains in it...the name slips me right now....but if your foot is not hard and callus...I suggest you use the foot scrub cream. If it is....grater it R***!!

doing quite a bit of running up and down in some questionable slippers over
the past few weeks. It should remedy itself in two weeks.

I have 1 bar of soap that washes my face, my body, my hands and my foot bottom :)

Yup shower gel is the way to go, plus it leaves your skin moisturized and silky smooth :D :D
