Can a fart make you healthier?

Nah tell nuh lie still....mi spend most of my days with my girl....and all now mi nuh comfortable enough fi buss one. More time mi haffi hol' it een.....then go buss a one walk....rip bout 10 then come back. Mi nuh healthy....cos mi only fart bout 5-15 times per day....mark you....I hold in about the same. Mi even fraid fi squeeze it....fear of staining the air....:eusa_shif

Let them go,is my advice,but also try to be considerate of others,especially if you know that the fart is one step away from you needing the lavatory.

I find long walks help to get rid of excessive wind. Sometimes while walking,the wind breaks in rythmn to the steps I take.Very musical sound.
