I really didnt expect 50 cent to pull it off but I really enjoyed the movie. It had just the right amount of humour to it and at the same time really showing you what its like to live the kind of life he lived. The one part I didnt like though is when he kissed the girl on the *ss. Just cannot promote that.
What do you all think?

I was on one of those script review sites, and the guy said what was on screen was hollywood'ed version. he said the original unaltered screenplay was three times as good. He was very upset, cause he said as it is movie is good, when the original could have been a black version of scarface/goodfella's.

This is a bit of an a-side to the real topic of discussion here.I haven't seen this film, but there is a game currently running or being made that features 50 cent. What I saw of it depicts extreme violence, which of course is pandering to a younger audience, such as yourself mr.Trickster.
While there are those who dislike people such as 50 cent and possibly everything he stands for,the industry goes all out to promote whatever they think will bring in the revenues, even if this generally stereotypes black men into the vicious and sadistic roles the critcs wish to promote. He's not all bad by any stretch of the imagination but black men do have an unfortunate propensity to be led like bulls with rings in their noses. And this is often a cause for much of our problems on a worldwide scale.
Sorry if I did not exactly deal with the topic on discussion, hopefully you'll not mind too much.:D

Actually in person he comes across as a stuck up pompous *******, who is very ungratefull and full of himself. He says very unkind things about people who have helped get him to where he is, so much so that i find myself drifting away as a fan.

Firstly I AM A FEMALE. I believe the impact a violent game has on an individual has nothing to do with age, especially individuals over the age of 12. These persons possess the capabilty to differenciate between right and wrong and to select what or what will not affect trhem psycholgically. Therefore viewing a violent film, playing violent game will only have any fom of effect on me only if I want it to

First things first.Sincere apologies for changing your sex. I know that the vast majority of human beings can differentiate between right and wrong. But,and it is a big but, many of us are still often inclined to do what is wrong.People such as 50 cent do exert a massive influence on their pier group and especially younger more impressionable people.
You are obviously a person who is well grounded in the why's and wherefore's despite your age. Sadly all to many are not.:eusa_clap

THis movie lame star was not impressed in the least. Speaking in his mono tone of voice the whole movie. i guess i was expecting feel vibes from the movie and it never happened, like D_Knight said 8 mile is a way better flick. Miles ahead of the boring movie my Em came from his heart with 8 mile. 50 just know how to huslte the masses to perfection.
