Aparently shares in furniture store, Courts PLC have dropped from nearly 350 pence to 96 pence since January.

The company which has shops in the UK, Caribbean, Africa and Asia is said to be intending to float off its Caribbean businesses. :icon_eek:

I doubt there is any truth to this info. Courts already run out every competitor out of business, so y would they leave now? They have the monopoly.

Plus I heard talks that Courts and the company I work for are currently affilated. I'm not 100% on that statement but I do know that the trini firm that holds majority interest in my workplace HAS maked attempts to acquire ALL of Courts' Caribbean business.

If i get what you mean, i don't think they would when most of the furnitures bought are by hire purchase.
