What is your 'Claim To Fame!'

Does anyone at CY know someone personally from the world of showbiz or entertainment on a personal level.I know that many of you will have seen major artists perform quite regularly perhaps,but is there someone famous that you converse with or are even related to?

The closest that I have come to having what might be termed a 'claim to fame',is knowing the family of the singer 'Joan Armartrading' and especially her brother 'Tony' who is an actor.

Well let put it this way, My sister has a friend who has a sister that use to date Kip Rich, he then introduce her to Vibes Cartel, she then introduced my sister who introduce me to Cartel and Kip Rich, we occasionally talk on the phone

Oh, I forgot to mention that I met Barry Gordon through my sister and that I had a hell of a time getting a $100 prize on his show in the early 80's. My sister went to school with Lisa Hanna. Clive Dobson from the WPJ calls me "Communist". :)

I know Tani, owner for Mitchell's Auto Parts

I have Raz and Biggy's number in my cell phone in case someone want a hook up/link

The president for First Global, Wayne Ray, used to mentor me in the Interact Club - Rotary

Ex General manager for John Crook BMW and ROVER dealers - Wayne Miller was a good friend as well

Superintendent Ionie Ramsey live up the road from me, we jog some mornings at the same place

Mr. Chung of Chungs Catering, [downtown, maxfield & new kgn] share birth month and he gave me money for mine this year.

I have never really met anyone with international fame personally, except that guy that played 'Clark' in the Bold and Beautiful, but I dont know if he would count, I cant even remember his real name.


However my former housemate met Howard Stern before back a few years ago. My sister has met alot of international celebrities because of where she works. List includes:
