Night fever

Can anyone tell me what's good for night fever,before it gets big?

You will have to get a prescription for that, ask your doctor about these meds;HEVIZOS or ACYCLOVIR cream/ointment as they would be the ones most likely to be prescribed.

Night Fever aka cold sores, is caused by the same virus associated with chicken pox (herpes simplex virus), hence even with the above meds, it will have to run it's course (usually 2 weeks).
Therefore please remember that is still possible to spread the virus even if the cold sore seems to be gone before the 2 weeks.
