-What date in Nov.was the video finally done...as in completed?
-The first time I saw it was in early Dec. in Jamaica.
-He was on MTV and other stations during this time promoting the video and the entire album.
-Even if what you asked were true,it is not entirely up to him on when to release it...that is why he is signed to a label.

When you asked the question,I'm looking at the word NOW...that suggests more recently as opposed to say Dec.which is just a month ago.
