I'm told it was done by a fellow named "Superhype". It's a parody of Babycham's "Real Ghetto Story" song.

I LIKED HIS TAKE ON "WELCOME TO NORBROOK",[local rendition to lil kim's lighters up] STR8 FAST FOOD WE NAH COOK...ETC.
