Work out the neck ~ turn your head from side to side or have someone do it for you and eventually the pain will go away.

Give yourself a whip lash...spin yo head round fast fast fast

Or visit the Chiropractor at Eden Gardens, 39 Lady Musgrave Road, Dr. Michael Harvey.

Foam pillows are great, they suport the spinal cord and are very soft and comfy.

Drew

yup. buy foam pillows. AVOID feather pillows and that goes double if you got allergies.

I know those seed pillows, I havent tried one yet. They are supposed to be good.

Feather pillows are the best, its just that pricesmart sells the cheap ones, what y'all
need is one with more that 50% down, pricesmart sells the ones with 95% feathers
and only 5% down. :eusa_snoo
