Yes there are differences between Mods and Super Mods. Some of you may know already but for others, here's a slight explanation.
A Moderator only has Mod functions to forums he/she is assigned to. For example: If the "General Chit Chat" section is assigned to a Moderator, then that Mod will only have Mod functions to that forum only and no other forum on the site. This means that such Mod would only be able to edit/delete posts and threads in that section of the site.
A Super Moderator can be considered higher than an ordinary Mod in that a Super Mod has Moderating functions in ALL forums. A Super Mod is not limited to the forums he/she is assigned to. At present all of the Mods on CY have Super Mod capabilities. Super Mods also have limited admin functions such as editing member profiles and banning members which isn't available to an ordinary Moderator.
