Someone - Please if you get this joke, explain it to me
I had the strangest dream last night," Morris was
telling his psychiatrist.
"I saw my mother, but when she turned around to look at me,
I noticed that she had your face. As you can imagine, I found this very disturbing. In fact I woke up immediately, and couldn't get back to sleep.
I just lay there in bed waiting for morning to come, and then I got up, drank a Coke, and came right over here for my appointment. I thought you could help me explain the meaning of this strange dream."
The psychiatrist was silent for a full minute before
responding: "A Coke? That's a breakfast?"

hmmm well the psychiatrist could have been over his house talking to his mother

or the joke could have been the part about coffee. This must be American. :eusa_snoo

It's obvious that the psychiatrist has been treating the patient (Morris) like a child to the point where Morris is now dreaming about the psychiatrist. This is proven when the psychiatrist said: "A Coke? That's a breakfast?"; that's a typical line used by mothers to their kids when the learn that they didn't eat a healthy/normal breakfast.

Arch give up. It's pointless. this Joke obviously have a fast engine. Maybe a plane engine or something. Your brain can't process that fast. Of course neither can mine. :eusa_eh:

That could be that the psychiatrist is the mother but from a psychological point of view...in the mind of the psy, his/her's mind could be so abstract that all she caught was the food and the set object- 'a coke'. Bipassing all that Morris had said before.
or
I JCB need to see a psychiatrist herself cause I don't get it either.

Ok, the author of this so called joke, needs to go see a psychiatrist.
We are gathered here today, to pronounce the passing of "The Dream and The Psychiatrist" joke. It had lived a short life and we shall all not miss it. During it's short life, those who came to know the joke, left feeling bewildered and confused and wished never to see the joke again. Some came back with shot guns, to put the joke out of it's misery. Others went straight to belvue, because figuring out the joke, caused serious brain damage which caused them to go insane. :eusa_wall
We hope and pray, that from the ashes there will once again, rise up a new "The Dream and The Psychiatrist" joke, which will bring cheer and laughter to those it comes in contact with.
Amen. :eusa_booh
