Would you serve on a jury trial. Or would you try and make up some excuse when they call you go there and the ask you the question if you have a problem serving and all that. Would you be willing or not/say for a murder trial.

its not just a yes or no answer guys. Because if you are called you have to answer alot of question. If your biased in anyway and all that. I have never served jury duty. But I have been called twice. I was scared and I didnt want to be on the jury. So I was glad each time i got lucky and they got all the people they needed. Do you know they only pay you like $14.00 for the whole day. Im serious. they say its your civic duty. :(

well I have a problem deciding someone's fate for the next twenty years. I don't want to be responsible for sending someone innocent to prison. Prosecuters are so good these days an innocent man can end up in prison. No star not me. There are wayz to avoid doing this....

Ways like how? What if it was the Sniper Trial ( this is an example) would you have wanted to be on that trial.

people know people. you send a man/woman to prison, that person has people who care about them. i don't want no worries with anyone, and i try my best to avoid it.

I had a real problem with the Sniper trial I felt sorry for the bwoy. And people say you shouldnt feel sorry for him. But he was young and his whole is gone now. I think he shouldnt have been with that guy.

Right or Wrong it is your civic duty, to be on a jury. The only way out is not be a registered voter. Thats how they pick you.

I would try to go if called. I could be the one to keep an innocent man out of jail.

Yes we do Drew. My friend was called once. They pick you randomly I guess based on the voters list.
