Today Is September 11

Today Is September 11, what does this day mean to you? At the time of the terrorist attack what were you doing? Today all over the nation they will be have some type of memorial service. What are they doing in your town today?

They are having candlelight vigils in my area. Some quiet ceremonies at churches, parks, and centers. I will be at home and just saying a pray at my house. I wont be attending any ceremony. I was on my way home and I was listening to the radio and they interrupted the station I was listening to an annouced that a plane had just crash into one of the towers. When I got in my house I turned on the news and after a few moments the other tower came down. I remember being stunned and as I sat their thinking about all the people in those buildings. I cried.

September 11, 2001 I was preparing to go fight war and training mission in Egypt.

Now here in my town, they ain't doing nothing, just another day I guess to them.
I remember and salute all the men and women of the military and law enforcement who helped on this day as well as the families who have lost.

no not kidding Drew. I am very serious. I did not remember what happened that day. I remember now. oh well

can i honestly tell you the reason i remembered was because of elephant man's birthday bash to be held at mas camp on this night. everyone kept asking me if i'm going and they knew what my answer was. anyway, this was a wash out. i wonder if mas camp still exists??
