I use to like plain white rice, now I don't eat much rice, mostly veggies, potatoes and pasta.

Love rice and peas though and when I dont cook plain rice, then I do a veggie rice or fried rice.

We Jamaicans have some strange thinking :) We seem to think that canned mackerel is for poor ppl, not realising that it is more nutritious than some of the other junk we eat.

It's amazing that we look down on canned mackerel but not tuna or canned salmon and they are not so different when you think about it :)
