Los Angeles, Calif. A federal grand jury indicted Hong Kong brothers Yau-Hang Chan and Yau-Hung Cahn for allegedly plotting to smuggle 17 Chinese immigrants into the United States for $40,000 each in a 40-foot shipping container. The immigrants were found Feb.24 after having spent about 25 days inside the box.

Greensburg, Pennsylvania- A man fixated on a former cheeleader for 13 years was arrested after he allegedly entered a high-school locker room and claimed he was a cheerleading coach, police said. Robert Domansky, 48, who dresses as a woman and uses the ex-cheerleader's former name--Kelly dawn Hullengaugh was charged with trespassing, identity theft, stalking and other offenses, police said.

Pearsall, Texas- Dozens of high school students pleded no contest and were fined $65 each for underge drinking at a teacher's house after and Aug. 28 football game authorities said. The teacher was suspended with pay.

Los Angeles, Calif. - A man who had children with his former sixth grade teacher said the two of them have been meeting daily since her release from prison last month and would like to marry. Mary Kay Letourneau, 42, served 7 1/2 yearsin prison for child rape over her relationship with Vili Fualaau, who was 12 when their relationship began at a Seattle area school. Fualaau, 21, said he and Letourneau would have to become financially stable and work out the family court issues before they could marry and seek custody of their two daughters, who are with his mother.
