How often would you want an Official CaribYard Chat Event?

Since our last chat session was such a blast for some (or most) of you, was thinking of doing this weekly, but some of you suggested it would make the chat boring and take away from the forum.

What would be the best times to have an Official CaribYard chat?

And I making this official now. :D

Anywho, I'm looking for an alternative than just using MSN. AK Suggested paltalk, but not sure how many of us willing to download new software to go chat. Looking towards a browser based java or flash chat if possible. ;)
