One of the best film trilogies that spring to mind is ALIENS1-3. I discount the fourth film because I personally thought it to be only an also ran, and nothing to write home about.

I've yet to see spiderman 2. I hardly ever venture to the movies, (last time I walked into the movies everyone else fled from inside, they thought the horror flick had come to life I guess...ah well :) ) just tend to wait for what comes on telly...sad I know. :D
