Im tryna be healthier since I found a new job and can afford it...

Since I get to use the University's gym for free...I am planning to work out 3 days a week for now till I get adjusted...then Ill increase my training...


as well as eating...

suggestions are welcome..Ill be updating my progress here since Im online 24/7

I dont drink that often..Friday I drank and before that its been like 2 months..I didnt drink Memorial weekend...:icon_frow


but I have a bottle of Cruzan Coconut Rum I need to finish:eusa_shif

Dont just focus on your physical wellness but also on your mental wellness. Both the body and the mind should be in synch when it comes to overall good health and well being.

Tips for better Mental wellness:

1. Stop talking to yourself.

2. Stop talking to your imaginary friends.

3. Read movie and television captions [this exercises the mind/brain power]

4. Sleep on the left side of your brain on thursdays and saturdays.

5. Read health and fitness books WHILE taking a dump this increases balance.
