Plus can I wash down the castor oil with the prune juice?? That should make for a potent combination.

After much thought and deep concentration, I've decided that none of these remedies would be fast enough. I've consulted a physician who has recommended a Fleet Enema. Action time 2 - 5 minutes, which is EXACTLY what I was walking about.

I'm gonna incorporate that cod liver oil thing into my daily medication ritual.
