If you're an art lover the Jamaica Palace is a great place to stay, Goblin Hill has a great view, French Mans Cove is also a good place, but I would suggest going to this website http://www.villasinjamaica.com/contactus.shtml or even calling and let them help you decide on a good place that would be near enough to Hope Bay.
