Nabisco recalls some Oreo cookies
Nabisco has recalled some of its "Carry Me Pack" boxes of Mini Oreo Chocolate Cookies because the bags inside may contain Ritz Bits Cheese Sandwiches, the company announced Tuesday.
Nabisco said fewer than 2,000 cartons may have the Ritz Bits, which are made with milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions if they eat the treats.
No illnesses or allergic reations have been reported as of Tuesday, the company said. The recalled boxes have been found only in Massachusetts and New Hampshire stores. No other Mini Oreo or Ritz Bits products were part of the recall, and there is no health risk for conumers who are not allergic to milk, the company said.
