Use lotions with hydrating properties like Jergens and Keri.... they're pretty good for dry skin. Cocoa butter is good for healthy skin too.

Dove has really good moisture products. I suggest their line of bodywashes as soap replacement, since soap tends to dry the skin out. They also make a pretty good line of moisture rich lotions and skin cremes as well. Keri as it was mentioned is a really good moisturizing lotion as well.

Increasing your water intake will also help to ease with dry skin.

-Hydrate from the inside- drink lots of water
-Do not use baby oil, it does not hydrate; it only makes skin oily
-I recommend Keri and Nivea body lotions
-Eat alot of fish, it's good for the skin

Metrosexual

A metro often appreciates the finer things in life and enjoys making himself look good; be it through styling his hair or wearing fashionable clothes. Usually on the brink of homosexuality.
For girls its "normal" to have soft, smooth, vibrant looking skin. But those 3 words just dont mix with men. I dont think girls understand the lotion thing, but it just seems "wrong" to come outta the shower.. and lotion up my legs :eusa_snoo

I dont really have a problem with dry skin.

Is only when i stay in the a/c all day, and the girls might want to wrestle... then it shows

"you fi use lotion, bla bla bla"
:eusa_snoo I blame it on the a/c

Duster try this vaseline rub on your dry skin and then use regular lotion after two days. Also if you have dry feets rub vaseline and put on pair of socks when going to bed or were ever.

Best thing to do is bade wid DOVE soap.

Then lotion up with Eucerin (with extra dry skin one too ). It is kind of expensive her ein US$ but its good.

Palmer Cocoa Butter is my second choice at times if I can't afford to purchase the Eucerin. Trust mi duster you will thank me later for this vital piece of information. ;)
