Intestinal Detox program

Anybody know any good detox program. I looking for something really simple mi no inna the one bag a pills and crap like that. Ill rather home made remedy. i feel the need to cleans my body so help mi out people.

Try the symmerty line. Is a whole heap of pills and ting but it works. Try botanocleanse and paracleanse. Or you can get a colon cleanse for about 5000. Don't remember the name of the place but it is in Half Way Tree on that road that is beside Jamaica National before Mandela park.

Or you can go to a doctor that specialize in colon cleaning they give you some natural juice to drink, they use this massage device on your stomach and put a tube up your *** an the machine deals with the rest from what I've heard.
This is the best way still.. some of those tablets out there damage or has an effect on kidneys
