It has already started. It's called Data-Mining and Spy-Ware. That ad just shows that the Governments of the world are going to use what is now illegitimate technology for legitimate purposes. Joined-up Governments and unified decision support information systems are already a reality. If it is already present in Jamaica, there's no question of its reality overseas.
