I also found out that cocoabutter lotion is great for stretch marks. Regular use will actually remove them....this is very true.

Dont forget the most important factor to good healthy skin is drinking lots and lots of water. Its important to keep the skin hydrated. It will boost that healthy glow naturally. And also dont pick at pimples and blackheads, they laeve scars. :icon_frow. At the end of a long day, take a warm cloth and rest on the face to open the clogs and then use a gentle exfoliant to clean the pores of all the clogged oil, dirt and makeup.

That's what I do. I love water. It really quenches my thirst when I'm thirsty. I also drink it when I'm hungry. :eusa_shif
I'm 100% positive I drink more than 8 glasses of water per day. More like 12. :D

Wow, 12 glasses per day. Thats a very healthy routine. Not only are you aiding to healthy hair and skin, but your ridding your body regularly of toxins through drinking alot of water. I am drinking a bottle of Disani water right now, have to catch up on my week of slacking. :D

If hair is dead, then how does good nutrition help promote healthy hair?
How can one feed something that's dead?

YOW! da yute yah a phazzy eenuh!!

Anyways NSN, although you are thinking it's just a football lick, don't out rule the Dermatologist. There's nothing over the counter that I can think off right now that could help that. It may mean filling a prescription to handle it. And if you know you not bleaching, it should make you feel crazy uncomfortable.

Or maybe you ARE bleachign and come up wid dis stupid football excuse...? :eusa_thin

Me a watch yuh yuh hear NSN! :eusa_snoo
