What did you have for Breakfast? Thats if you had breakfast at all. I know some people dont eat breakfast but if you did what did you have.

i just woke up, but so far 2 mentos and a blass of orange juice. soon go make something though.

I had Brown Stew Chicken, with fried dumplins, cooked dumplins and boiled bananas with a Glass of Orange Juice and a Glass of water.

You are right sometimes I dont have breakfast at all. But I do try and drink plenty of water and I try and get straight by the end of the day. Im still working on the five fruits and vegetables. :confused: I will try and have a good dinner.

LOL..man if you were nearby you could get some. I baked a chocolate cake yesterday so theres still plenty left:)
