Yesterday I cooked some snow crabs. I had the pot seasoned up with chicken seasoning, seasoning salt, black pepper, crushed pepper whole pepper, garlic powder, thyme, pimento seed and some salt.

When eaten, they tasted fresh as if you just brought them from off the snow or something. Taste like it needed more salt, and even when I added some, still was fresh. But what was the problem? I couldn't get rid of the freshness.

What do you think I can do to add more zest to them? :icon_ques

try adding lemon juice or lime juice.

oh, half of a lime or lemon. preferably lemon.
