BROOKLYN, USA, November 16, 2007 - The New York-based Trinidad and Tobago Consulate remains mum on the shooting to death by police this week of 18-year-old Khiel Coppin, a Tobago national.
Coppin died in a hail of bullets, fired from the guns of NYPD officers responding to a 911 call from his mother.
