research is currently being done to identify costs and availability of raw materials

Will provide full documentation on build along with pictures of progress. Not sure what grows when but more info will be given once construction begins.

My Brother-In-Law is setting up a hydroponics/greenhouse at his home in the country (Burnt Ground). I got some literature on the basics for him from Amazon.com, so we'll see how that develops as well.

If i expand i'll try that but just starting with my feet on the ground nothing too elaborate yet

Plastic? The books never mentioned plastic, but they were intended for hydroponics, not greenhouses. If you mean to cover the greenhouse, I believe he means to leave it open mesh.

I will check with him to see how he's doing with it.

My grandmother has 3 of these in our yard...she has a "huge green thumb" when it come to her plants (orchids mostly) If i remember correctly it comes down to the material you use on the outside, a mesh like material.
