Gees..another sleep question for me. I am roughin git out. I go to bed late...like 2 am sometimes 3am. I use to run till 4am when I was on the night shift. Now I shut eye at 2am.

@Arch....you will have bags under your eyes and pretty soon you loose beauty because of depriving your self from beauty sleep. :D

On average I'm in bed at about 11:30pm and up between 6:30-7:00am. Whenever I'm sick I go to bed earlier, but far too often it's later than 11:30pm. Interesting thing is that the week after the Hurricane when there was no light I was ready for bed by 8:30pm :icon_eek: Unheard of record for me. It was surely nice though getting a good long night's sleep.

Don't worry, my sleep late nights don't last long enough for me to get baggy eyes. :p

Ideally 10:30pm since I have to get up at 5am, but all too often I don't get to go on time.
