Hooray! Phase 1 of 3 completed.
Haven't checked my weight yet, but people have commented on the fact I look much slimmer :). In fact my belly looks noticeably flatter and my pants fits much better.
Have to be careful however, don't want to lose too much weight, don't want people to think mi a dead fi hungry or have AIDS, y'all know how Jamaican people stay already.

*kissing teeth* bad mind a kill dem :)
Honestly man it's working. Trust mi, if after 4 weeks and not seeing any results I would have stopped, because the work out is really intense.
Anyway only thing I'm not seeing is muscle mass, that's why I'm going to get some heavier weights and probably get protein supplement (If I can afford it).

Still going strong. Currently in week eleven, phase 3, have only a little over 2 more weeks to go.
Yes i've shed a good amount of weight, no figures avalaible because I didn't weigh myself, and have no scale at home, but the weight lost is noticeable, tummy much falter.
I'm much more stronger as well, for example I'm now able to do up to 40 push ups, compared to just 15 or so when I just started.

What's your objective really, weight lost, build muscle or what? If you're just going through the motions I can't see you reaping the full benefits of the program.

My objective is to become fit again. Gain endurance, lose some weight ofcourse and a little definition would be nice. I'm not as fit. I cant devote the time nor the money to follow the program just yet but I could use more energy in my day to day and so far, that helps. I'm stronger now too in just a week of exercise. I only doing the abs, arms and legs now for swimming.

I'm using weights.
Anyway there are a number of tips I can share, but I will run through only a few (note I'm no fitness guru OK) :

1. Exercise everyday and at the same time. Although the schedule calls for rest on Sundays try and do at least x stretch on Sundays. This is to ensure that your body get use to the routine of working out.

2. Try and find enjoyment in the workout, this should help to keep you motivated, I really like plyometrics and Kenpo X, especially the latter due to the karate moves:D.

3. Follow the diet guide if your can, although I didn't I try and increase the intake of protein, fruits and vegetable and cut carbohydrate intake such as rice, bread etc.. Portion size is extremely important! If you are like me and can't afford to follow the diet guide, control the amount of food you eat
I've reduced my carb intake to about 1/2.

4. Take longer breaks during the workout, for example after each block of exercise Tony gives 30 sec water breaks, if you're tired just pause the DVD and take the whole minute. This is not cheating, you are just giving yourself some more time for your tired muscles to recover.

5. Do the hardest workout first. I hate ab riper X so I do it first thing in the morning, just to get it out of the way.

6. Don't feel you have to keep up with Tony & his crew, I suspect they are on drugs anyway:D, just do your best everyday and you will be surprise how you will improve overtime.
