I did follow the p90x for one mth but did not finish it. I guess I didnt have the proper equipment to continue to use the program effectively as I wanted to. :confused:


I got the Insanity Program and will be starting it coming Monday . I will update you guys on my progress. :)

You can't do insane. It's not for people who are out of shape. Its for people who want a bigger challenge...those bored by P90x... who are fit and want to remain fit. People with 5% body fat and want to get down to 2%...lol.
