Don't know what else to have named this thread, but I enjoy cooking and baking every now and again and these sites came in helpful.

Grace Foods http://www.gracefoods.com/default.asp
This is the site of Grace Kitchen that airs on TVJ. They have a lot of local recipes that you can try out. Also you can try out Chef Drew's recipe that is somewhere on the site. ;)

Jamaican Recipes http://www.jamaicans.com/cooking/
A lot of good jerk and fried chicken recipes on here and more. I think i got my banana bread recipe from there too.

Walkerswood Caribbean Foods http://www.walkerswood.com/default.htm
Everyone knows the famous Walkerswood jerk seasoning. For those who are abroad, you can buy some real jerk seasoning from this site and it will be shipped to you. I think they have some recipes on there as well, not sure.
